I find Whole30 (with room for common sense) is far easier to stick with. There are some dumb rules and I'm not making ketchup or ranch dressing from scratch, and sometimes my soup has beans in it or my tea has honey in it. But it's absolutely easy to stick with long term if you loosen the rules to keep your wallet from being empty.
