Hey everyone. I’ve got a pretty good hold on my exercise and I know exactly what I need you to do with food, and I’m really good all day.... then the evening comes around and it all goes to pot. What are your best tips for keeping that willpower going through to bedtime? My weight loss goal is going to be tough this time around, and if I could reign in the evening eating I think I could do it!
