  • Wednesday accountability post! Well yesterday was weird for multiple reasons, but also amazing for multiple reasons! Ya’ll, I hit my “ultimate” weight goal of a normal BMI and 220lbs lost!! Woohoo! I know it’s silly, but I just wanted to know even for ONE day that I wasn’t labeled “overweight”. That means I’m officially calling it the end of my weight loss journey and the beginning of my maintenance journey, which I’ve heard is way harder. 😅 Didn’t meet my step goal because I worked from home, but I did go bouldering and had a really good climbing session!
