Ridiculous thought warning: I "only" lost 8 lbs so didn't win 😭

On the other hand I did it right this time. No gimmicks no quick fixes. Just watching my carbs and my calories. I may take a break for a month to really focus on getting my mental game back on solid ground. I haven't decided yet 😊
