  • Wife still out of town on business and I'm in no mood to cook again nor eat leftovers from last night's night's not so successful Keto Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers. Went with takeout wings. Naked (no flour, dredge or batter of any kind, nor sauce). I sauced at home with Frank's, sprinkled Alouette Blue Cheese crumbles (0 g carbs in 1/4 cup) & used Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing (1 g carb in 2 Tbs).
