I did not make the 4% goal but I still feel like I cleared a giant hurdle. I’m exercising regularly and really paying attention to my food choices. I hadn’t been taking care of myself for a really long time and I’m determined to keep going like I have the last few weeks. My clothes are starting to get loose and I’m able to fit in some that didn’t fit before. It’s a wonderful feeling. I’ve joined and lost other DietBets before but this is the first that I really tried. I hit a plateau half way through so I’m expecting a weight decrease very soon. Im not discouraged and I won’t give up. I’ve joined the next one with same hosts because I think having the weekly challenges helps a lot to keep the motivation going. Thanks Kateka and Stu.
