  • Happy HAPPY Monday Strong Squad. I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! The weekend challenge was actually extremely beneficial for me and Im sure others too. Please keep your lists and re-read them if you need to :) . A big congrats to our weekend challenge winner, Jess Husak. Please email me at sydneytrrs@yahoo.com to claim your $10 Amazon giftcard! I honestly struggled like heck on Sunday evening but made it to my Monday morning workout session which felt AMAZING!!
    Which brings me to our next challenge! An oldie but goodie! THE WORK OUT CHALLENGE! This week I want for all of us to commit to working out for 4 days at the least! 30 minutes at a time whether it be walking, swimming, work out class, running, or a HIIT workout. Feel free to post your progress daily or wait until the end of the week to post it. This challenge will go until Sunday 2/24/19 at midnight PST and I will pick two winners Monday morning for $10 Amazon Giftcards. There will also be a weekend workout challenge that I will post Saturday morning so keep a look out for that :) . Enjoy and have fun with it! Let’s celebrate our success by moving our bodies!   • Finished my last of the 4 workouts today! Took the dog out on almost a 30 minute walk but I ran out of time so then tonight I went on a quick 10 minute walk to get a bit more exercise. Good job everyone!
