  • This is where I struggle ( fail). I will exercise 6/7 days but I way overeat and there’s not enough exercise in the world to counteract my calorie intake. It’s up to me. Ugh. *the photo is a repost from body smart fitness

Yeah, I've struggled with that in the past. From most sources I've read, actual weight loss is 85% what you eat and 15% exercise. And the irony is that if you exercise loads, you'll also get hungrier. There is probably a balance there that you need to find. (I'm in the challenge and only changing what I eat, with minimal exercise)
