How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Started the challenge 5 pounds over what I ended last week at. I had a huge cheat day on Sunday (happened to be the day my boyfriend proposed) so I indulged with a turkey sandwich and few glasses of sangria. Then missed my full Monday workout, I was off to a bad start for sure. But I hit the gym yesterday and have been staying mostly compliant and I’m down to my weight from last week. Very excited to see where the end of this week leads me! Yay for #247 again, but I am anxious to be in Onederland !! Have a great week all!!! Let’s do this!!!!
