I hopped on this DietBet( MY 1st) in the hopes of moving my scale and accountability! I have been lazy keto since late August and have lost 40lbs BUT my scale hasn't moved since Jan 22nd!!! I do feel as if my measurements have changed and I know the scale is not the be all, end all BUT (again) I would like to lose more so I am looking for suggestions/inspiration!! Thanks in advance . xo

With lazy keto, you can reduce the amount of processed foods, cheese, PB, and oil you’re using to get things moving along again! As long as you keep those carbs to a minimum, you will stay in ketosis.
