  • I had a good day! I almost perfectly hit my calories, and I exceeded my step goal by quite a bit after walking around a local convention. I also got a few new things to play around with, including ankle weights and a step platform. So at 11 at night I decided to try a step work out I found on YouTube. It was surprisingly fun and gave me another almost 3,000 steps! Wins all around!

That's great, I have ankle weights but never use them. What are benefits of using them? Maybe it will motivate me to put them on.
