For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • HAPPY OFFICIAL START DAY EVERYONE!!!! I am so excited to see SO many people taking the initiative to get healthy! One of the main things I attribute my 100 pound loss to is drinking enough water. I know everyone “knows” that they should be drinking enough water, but do you know exactly WHY it is so important & just how crucial it is to reaching your goals? If not, no worries because I’m going to tell you right now!

I am a massage therapist and after every client I drink a whole bottle of water usually see 5 clients a day. And before every meal I drink about a half glass of water before I eat, helps curb over eating.
