Every day counts and builds on the next! If you fall off of your plan, keep it to that day or that 1 off meal or 1 missed workout then move on and restart the very next opportunity (the very next meal, next hour or next day!) Just because you messed up once isn’t reason to throw in the towel. Weeks of being off plan is much harder to come back from than one day. Keep a journal - don’t skip writing in the not so good choices- write them in and then move on. Accountability and having the ability to look back and see why you did or did not get the results you wanted is key!
