I enjoy lifting weights while listening to music

I have to do things that I ENJOY doing and also look forward to doing! My latest craze is my HIIT workouts. I do them 4 days per week (in a group setting at a local gym) and then do spin 2 days and Pilates on my “active recovery” day.
