How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I've committed to 10,000 steps a day. Oh my goodness it's tough! I have an at-home desk job and I have to intentionally get steps in. Anyone else learning how to manage step goals?

I have a desk job and I usually walk for about at least 15 to 20 minutes in the morning and afternoon at work

TeresaW

I'm wah too. I try to walk ever am before work for 7k steps (3 mile look) then during the day trips to the far bathroom in my house and laundry and stuff at night make many trips up stairs. I also bought a cubii if you put your fit bit on your ankle you get steps :)
