  • Anyone that feels conflicted because weight isnt dropping I urge you to get a body composition done. Sometimes we get lost in the weight and don't notice the changes we are making. I know for Dietbet the goal is weights and I'm doing a juice cleanse next week for that but by looking at my composition im not so hard on myself if I win or lose because im still helping myself internally for a healthier lifestyle.
