For sweet recently, I eat sugar free jello. For savory, I like dill pickles (salty though) or cucumbers. I know this next one is weird, but I hard boil eggs, remove the yolk and eat the white with dijon mustard. Very low calorie.

To go to bed is my solution. But it has to be before it is too late in the evening. I do IF also now and that helps me tremendously with cravings. I don’t feel hungry at all and eat well 11-7. Feels great!
