How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Today I woke up 169 from a long time in 170.2... 170.4....170.6. I have been elated all day dreaming about how much I have accomplished by trusting the process. I started 187 so I have lost 18 pounds so far and I am so proud of me for doing this and also for still feeling "habitated" ( thats motivated when motivation is gone and its just a habit). I am focused, strong and bought on the whole: everything adds up. It is really adding up.

I lost my last dietbet but that didnt stop me or give me a reason to throw everything away.

Also I am curious.. whats everyone final goal weight?

Mine is 175 (I am 5'9, so 175 and fit looks great on me), I got down to 181 a few weeks ago, so trying to make my goal by May (currently 200 even).
According to the BMI scale, I will still be slightly overweight but that is a great improvement from where I started in the obese range.
