So I realised I can’t maintain 16:8 fasting whilst I’m studying because I just can’t concentrate if I don’t eat breakfast. However, I’m sticking to my two small meals a day with a snack inbetween spaced over a longer period of time and I’m still losing weight! Hurrah!!

Instead of an 8hr eating window, it’s become 10hrs, I just can’t concentrate in the mornings if I don’t eat until noon. I have just been careful not to eat a bigger total of calories! Still works ok. Just until this exam is over!
