My legs are so sore today. Planned on the gym today but it hurts to even walk around. Why is the second day always worse than the first day after a workout? I've been eating low carb and haven't strayed at all this week with my calories. I ate 4 bites of mashed potatoes well within my macros and gained .6lbs not sure if it's the potato or the soreness but still sticking to the plan. Kinda frustrating knowing I'm doing so well and how bad I ate before with fast food several times a week, carbs, pizza Thai food, now I don't eat any of that and I'm still not losing. I don't get it.
