How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hello everybody, I want to place a bet on StepBet but I’m not very active during day, is treadmill a good way to get in my steps?

Sure. You just need to get the steps in, it doesn’t matter what you do to get the steps. I get mine on the elliptical and walking around at work. As long as you have a way to track your steps that’s accepted by Step Bet, you’re all set.

Meghan

Yes. As long as your Fitbit tracks your steps and you don’t input them manually.
