How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    I KNOW it’s so hard to get water in, especially when you’re just starting! The recommendation is 1/2 your bodyweight in OZ. (So if you’re 200 lbs... 100oz of water) If you are just starting and you want a smaller goal, then start smaller! Pick a goal for this week to drink a certain amount every day!!! What really helps me is keeping my water jug always near by!!! You could even try setting some alarm reminders! Comment down below what your water goal is for the week and what you’re plan is to help you with that! Once you comment, you’ll be entered to win a Hydro Jug and straw! (Not sponsored) which is my fav 73 Oz jug!. You can pick any color of your choice and I’ll ship it to you! Tomorrow I will pick the winner and then officially start a water post where you can comment and check in throughout the day with how many oz you’ve finished!

Been slacking on getting water in! I’m gonna try for 60 oz. a day for a couple days & increase from there.

My goal is to have 3 litres a day, I set up my bottles and have marked times of the day on them so that i know at each point of the day where I should be up to in my water
