How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Just thought I would introduce myself. I am from Idaho. Been up and down with my weight for about five years. Right now my goal is to get under 200 and then hopefully I can stay that way. About 4 years ago I was in a weight loss competition with my family and lost almost 50 lbs. I started the `Keto diet without knowing it and felt great. I want to get back to `Keto.....not to loose weight so much as I felt awesome and had tons of energy.

Nice to meet you! Keto definitely has so many other benefits than just weighloss and excess energy is definitely one of the great ones :raised_hands:
