  • Seems like there are several new keto peeps so this guide might be helpful. You may or may not experience this or if you fall in and out of ketosis you may experience some of these side effects as well and a few tips to help cure it

Amber salting foods help. I also always buy salted butter and salted nuts. Bone broth is helpful and a lot of people will take electrolyte supplements to stay balanced.
