How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey guys! I hope everyone is off to a great start in this challenge! I am personally struggling with wanting to eat everything I don’t need on my low carb low starch low sugar diet. Currently doing a 48 hour fast to reset myself and try to stray away from sugar altogether over these next few weeks. I am also trying to workout at home but it is hard to get motivated at home. Anyone have any advice for someone who gets bored with at home workouts easily? What is everyone doing to help progress their weight loss?

I watch HASfit videos and it's always the same: me dragging myself to do it and after I feel great! I live alone that makes it hard to get it done sometimes. I'm doing better with people around somehow.

I'm trying to treat it like brushing your teeth. You always do it. But it doesn't have to be perfect.
