  • Here we go!! Weekend workout challenge posted! I will be honest! I absolutely loathe cardio so honestly I’m challenging myself for this weekend! I think tomorrow I’m going hiking and then Sunday I’ll do the elliptical . Feel free to post on here or the Facebook page when you have completed your cardio for both days! I went to watch a friend do Iron Man Galveston this weekend so I definitely got way more than 30 minutes of walking each day. Now I think I'm crazy enough to want to attempt this myself
