For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good Morning Strong Squad and happy last week! Im so proud of everyone! I know sticking to your goals is not easy but we are doing it! Im so excited to announce our next challenge, but for now I need to post our winners!!! Congratulations to our two weekly challenge winners ($10 Amazon Gift Card) : Tanya S. and HealthierMeMission.     For our next challenge I want to see everyone participate because of how important it is. I want for us to write down 3 goals for this week that we want to see ourselves achieve. I posted my own three goals as an example. You can write it on a piece of paper or simply write it down below. I like using a piece of paper and placing it above my my office wall so I can see it daily as a reminder :). We got this!!! Just one more week! I’ll be picking two winners that complete this challenge on Monday morning 4/15/19 for a $10 Amazon Giftcard. I will also be picking all of the grand prize winners Monday morning! Mine were: drink 2L of water each day, wake up early and start my day with a run and to get seven hours of sleep every night! The only one I had trouble with was the sleep one since I also wanted to wake up early but I did it on most days! :joy:
