  • Good food and activity today! Played around with some battle ropes since the gym was empty today. Also discovered some really tasty tarragon goat cheese to pair with my salad. Detailed my car and then watched the nuggets game with my husband (aka read a book while he watched the game). Im having brunch with some friends tomorrow so I am going to have to get creative on a veggie forward choice! Otherwise this weekend has been both active and good nutrition (other than I learned I’m obsessed with aperol spritzes). How do you all incorporate healthy balance with holidays? My family walked one 5k with me for a holiday and said never again 😂
