How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m curious what kind of eating plan everyone follows. I’ve tried calorie counting, weightwatchers, keto, paleo, basically you name it and I’ve tried it but because I’ve tried so many I am having a hard time choosing a sustainable plan for me and sticking with it.

Really awesome question to put out there Amy! So many geat responses. What has helped me over time is finding moderation with my eating. Eat enough that I'm satisfied without overdoing it. :) It was just a matter of working on those sustaining habits for me. :)

Thanks everyone! I started off great but then Easter weekend has me derailed both eating wise and motivation wise. Getting my head back in the game starting today!
