Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • So you went a little overboard this Easter weekend & the scale is up & you are feeling guilty. Here’s what to do about it!

    STOP THINKING ABOUT IT & MOVE FORWARD! What’s done is done. There is literally nothing you can do to change the past. But what you CAN do is get back on track NOW...TODAY. Go chug some water right now. Seriously. Then, tell yourself that the food yesterday was great & you enjoyed it, but now you’re ready to FUEL your body, not just feed it. If you had some candy, your cravings are going to suck today. BE STRONG. Be mentally prepared to tell yourself no. You DON’T need a piece of chocolate just to scratch the itch. Make some delicious grilled chicken & a veggie for dinner. Go take a 30 minute walk or stand during your lunch break. Do anything to make yourself feel strong & in control. Don’t let your spiked blood sugar level win!!! We are at the halfway point of this challenge & now is the time to get re-focused & PUSH. You can do this!

I didn’t go overboard that weekend however I ate unhealthy. I ate nothing with nutrients Sunday. I didn’t even have real food just junk. But not a lot of junk. However junk is junk and it was unhealthy. I’m back on track and have 0.01 pounds to lose to hit my goal!
