  • Realization and Non-scale win alert!
    Yesterday was a bad day, I do keto but I started my day by eating a muffin and finished it by eating 2 slices of pizza, almost 3 slices but I was able to contain myself! I woke up today feeling like crap, I couldn’t get out of bed. I couldn’t believe how tired I was, and I went to bed at the regular time. I learned my lesson, back on keto today, no more complex carbs for me for a while!
    Now onto the non-scale win... went to the gym and the elliptical level that I did 10 lbs ago, felt too easy, so I increased it, and I did all 30 minutes in the new level. Very proud moment!

Way to go, Zoram! Way to use those carbs to increase your workout intensity, haha! Proud of you for not letting Wednesday slip you up for good. Also, isn't it crazy how gross (and tired) we feel after eating unhealthy food? I wish it felt as good as it tasted. Hahaha. Keep up the good work!
