For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Started at 150. Dropped to 147. Ate pasta for two days in a row, now I'm 151. 😂 It really is some sort of devil's food when it comes to bloating!

My husband gave up sweets for lent. I have been staying away from them since starting this game. Last night we went to the store and I bought some low calorie peanut butter ice cream bars. I was so sure I was “needing” a treat. Funny thing is we got home, he put the groceries away and I completely forgot about them. I’m really starting to believe this whole “a craving lasts about 20 minutes”.

I’m in the same boat in up 1.5 lb since I started the week strong and then floundered at the end of the week with nutrition. But I did get 5 workouts in this week. Very nervous I may not get the weigh in weight since I have to lose 7 -8lbs! Gonna go strong from now until the end !
