Woke up sore all over and knees aching pretty badly. Definitely taking a rest day and tomorrow to recover. Weight has been steady for almost a week so I'm just waiting for that big drop to happen any time now. Been doing keto for 2.5 months now and the weight was dropping every few days the first 1.5 months but drops seem to happen weekly now.

Just need to be patient.

Also, remember to recalculate your macro if you lost a ton of weight. My calorie totals were different after I lost 50lbs

Way ahead of you Lee! I recalculate about every 10-15 lbs lost. I think it's just my body getting used to keto along with me exercising more and muscles retaining more water after exercising. I still drop about 2.5 lbs a week. It's just more spaced out.
