So last night was a total disaster. I ate/snacked horribly. It was my scheduled night to workout and I didn't do that either. So as much as I was procrastinating I finally forced myself to workout with a bit extra today. I'm actually proud of myself. Typically I would say screw the whole weekend since I already cheated. I have a really hard time with binging and snacking but will keep trying to do better.
