For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well I did not do well this first week. I am starting tomorrow (it’s already 8:30pm). Planning the gym and also have healthy meals ready. I didn’t weigh myself because I know I gained. I won’t give up even though I really want to. Work is SUPER stressful and working like crazy. I need to do this for me. I did a dietbet last time and never checked in. So even though I didn’t stay on track this week I am proud of myself for at least checking in and getting back up for this week. Good luck everyone.
