How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Monday’s call for Burpees and a lot of them!
    Here’s your Monday challenge, it’s short and sweet!
    5 minutes of total work with 2 minutes of built in rest that you can add into your own workout today.

    If you don’t know what Burpees are or need modifications to them please utilize YouTube OR you can go on my Ig page and I have posted a few workouts with Burpees included :)

    Come back to the comments and let me know how many burpees you completed total, the goal here is to try and stay consistent. Aim for the same amount of Burpees every minute so pace yourself and keep a steady pace :) REMEMBER THESE ARE OPTIONAL CHALLENGES AND NOT REQURIED.
