For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Tuesday fam!! 7 days to go!! Monday & Tuesday of next week is our final weigh in!!!

    As always feel free to share some of your transformation Tuesday pics here on our feed! Please put your IG name if you want it shared on my story so I can tag you all!

    Had a great day yesterday worked all day fasted until 1 PM had my first meal, worked out went home ate dinner, went to bed mainly to avoid any necessary eating! Remember how important it is to watch your calories the rest of this week. Anything extra that you're eating when you are NOT hungry is not necessary. Lets be honest it's never necessary but even more so these next few days as we are all trying to meet a weight goal. Woke up still at 194 which is ok considering TOM still 4 lbs. away from my goal but at this point I know my body well enough & I am very optimistic I will make my goal! Planning on heading to Crossfit tonight after work for my workout since I don't think I have enough motivation to push myself in a solo workout.

    I know the scale can be frustrating, trust me I am frustrating knowing I have 4lbs to lose but what I also know is that giving up is an even worst feeling. If you push yourself the entire duration of this game and still do not make goal YOU STILL WIN. No you wont get your money back, but gratification of pushing yourself is a different kind of WIN! If you give up before its even over then you never had that chance at winning! I think it's important to remind you all of this because I personally have lost more dietbets than I can count but in the process of losing I never gave up, still lost weight and in the end won the personal battle within myself of not throwing the towel in! Keep your head up guys, of course I want all 862 of you guys to win but I am just trying to put it into perspective for someone who may want to give up!
