How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

hi all, I'm a first timer, joining from New Zealand. Just wondered what apps people most commonly use to support them. I use Myfitnesspal and the Jillian Michaels exercise app. looking for loads of support to get back into some great routines again. I'm also doing KETO so wondered if anyone else doing this as well? thanks, Rona.

I use Garmin, myfitnesspal, refit on YouTube and I have done 2 stepbets which I love cause I find it easier to get steps in but now that I'm finishing my Master's I'm prioritizing study over steps and the weight is creeping up on me.

I use the fitbit app and Lifesum for calorie counting.
