For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Feeling a bit demoralised doing my 4-day weigh ins these days... From basically no consistent exercise, been doing hiit/circuits 3x a week (30 min+) and other days walking at least 30 mins a day but i'm actually gaining weight...! My diet hasn't been bad either (no sweets, no snacks, only water and tea), so i guess i'm just gaining muscle... Don't think i'll win the bet at this rate but at least it was good to kickstart a healthy routine!?
