How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I follow Katy Hearn’s workouts! It consists of weightlifting 5x a week and cardio 3x a week. I also run after work a couple times a week! I used to go to school full time and work full time, and I’d still show up to the gym around 11 pm! However, if you’re a busy mom, I’d maybe suggest an at home workout like T25! I heard it’s amazing and you definitely get your sweat on in the short time. I also track my macros on my fitness pal!
