How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- So I am back again! This is my 4th DietBet. The support one gets from the tribe keeps me motivated and focused over time. It has been impossible for me to loose weight before and keep it off - but this really works for me.
When I started I weighed 83 kg. When I finish this bet I will hopefully have reached my goalweigh; the same as I used to weigh before my kids were born in 2000 and 2003, which is 15 kg less.
