Hey tribe! Looking for some advice here. I work in communications and this coming week I will be assisting in running the media room for a high school honors conference. Work days will be 12-14 hours long with a lot of sitting at a computer. My team and I have planned breaks to stretch our legs and I’ve got healthy breakfast and snack options planned. yes every hour or so take a 5 in stroll whether in office or outside around the block getting some fresh air will change ur mood dramatically. and put a reminder photo or word on your desk where you get reminded why you are doing this and keep you on track. xo
