Morning everyone, gonna take my photo this morning, never wanted to do that before.

I wondered what everyone’s plan is?

My food is basic, mostly unprocessed food, here’s an example can me let me know if you think it’s similar to what you’re doing?

Exercise - average 12500 steps a day on Fitbit
4 days cardio (running 5k or concept 2 rowing machine for 45 minutes

Food
Breakfast shreddies and skimmed milk or egg/beans on whole meal bread

Lunch jacket potato/tuna and salad or grilled tomato, mushroom, egg, bacon medillions , beans

Dinner fish or steamed chicken with veg or salad

(I only eat carbs early in the day)

5 pints of water a day


I need to stop drinking but I may allow myself some gin and a bottle of wine but this is definitely my downfall


Would love to hear what people plan to do, I may get annoying with posting photos of food to stay accountable

I usually do intermittent fasting, eat at least 1200 calories each day (my goal is around 1500), and work out on the elliptical for 30-60 minutes 5-6 times each week. I try to drink 64-128 oz of water. So far, I’ve lost about 60 lbs.

Either jog or ride my bike for a half hour 5x a week, and calorie count using the fitbit app. I need a 850 calorie deficit every day in order to win this bet.
