I did SO BAD last week. My weight loss was going really well until I started running. Then I wanted to eat all the things and especially sugar! I haven't weighed myself in a few days either because I'm not sure it'll be good. So far today I'm doing well but I need to figure out a better way to tackle these calories so I'm not starving! I WILL stay on track today and weigh myself in the morning. I've gotta crack down!

Your body is needing something after your run. I don't know if you're keto or carb-light or whatever, but I usually have a granola bar and protein bar after a solid workout. Sometimes a Suzie's good fats bar

I was just sitting here thinking about how I was starving and didn’t know what to eat for a snack. I ended up having a yogurt and way too many rice cakes :thumbsdown: definitely need to plan better meals/snacks to hold me over longer.
