I have been struggling for a couple of months to lose weight, which made me join this dietbet. One of the things I struggle with is getting enough protein in my meals and I’m hoping I can find some inspiration in this group to how you manage this ☺.

Especially at breakfast it is hard for me to come up with healthy choices, because I often eat it in the car on my way to uni. My go-to choice is often whole grain bread with low-fat cheese and if I’m at home I enjoy oatmeal with almonds and fresh berries. It just doesn’t contain a lot of protein, which I know is essential for me in order to lose weight.
What do you do to get protein at every meal?
(If you focus on this - other suggestions are welcome too ☺)

Top that oatmeal with Greek yogurt. So good!
And I keep boiled eggs ready for whenever I need protein :)

I struggle with this too. I eat yogurt, eggs and lean meat every single day. I also use a protein supplement.
