  • Sometimes progress comes in different ways. My flexibility is improving. The photo on the left was my first time trying the 'scorpio' move. The photo on the right was a few weeks later. I still have further to go, but i'm happy with how far I've come since joining this sport in January

I have always wanted to try this but wondered if my thighs might be too flabby and make it really uncomfortable. I mean, apart from the fact that I don't have any core strength and would be starting from zero, which would be the really hard part :D

When i first started in january i couldnt even do a basic spin on the pole let alone hold my bidy weight upside down. It hurts, you get covered in bruises but its honestly so much fun! Theres women of all different shapes and sizes. If you want to try it, give it a go, you honestly wont regret it!
