  • Hello all, I hope everyone is doing well this last day. Since this is the largest group I'll post my question here. I have a belly but what bothers me the most is the belly above my bellybutton. I don't feel comfortable posting my belly here so I found an example from google. Does anyone have/had the same and could you give advices.
    It's the 3. one.
    (I'm now overweight but when I was 10kg lighter it was still not gone)

Make sure you’re getting the proper amount of sleep every night. Helps to keep cortisol levels down, plus you have an excuse to escape the stresses of life!
