How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone else struggle with a “happy medium”? I’m either eating everything in sight or afraid to eat hardly anything at all. For a while I was really limiting what I was eating and didn’t realize until recently that I wasn’t even eating 1500 calories a day most days. My mom started weight watchers so I’ve been doing point tracking like she does to monitor how much food I eat (you can pretty much find everything you need online without spending a penny, but no support group). Now, I’m eating much closer to the right amount of food but I’m mentally struggling now. Maybe I’m just crazy but I guess I see more food (even if it’s healthy) as more fat/weight. I’m down 40 pounds so far this year but I have a lot to go yet. Does anyone else struggle with this? Thanks!

Also, limiting your food to an 8-10 hr window if it works for you will allow your insulin levels to regulate and you'll find that losing weight is a little easier
