How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone know if losing too much weight can get you disqualified? I'm currently losing about a pound a day right now. And I swear I'm not doing anything different then I had been before. I'm beyond thrilled! I just don't want to be disqualified from the game, ya know.

I'm just now seeing these. Sorry guys, it wasn't sending me notifications. But honestly, I have been doing Keto for about a month now. And at first it was only inches you could definitely see but now it seems like the scale is finally catching up? I'm not sure. I was upset because the scale wasn't moving at first but now it is and I couldn't be happier. Just don't give up!
