Help!!!!! Breakfast and lunch are provided while I'm out of town, BUT IT IS ALL UNHEALTHY!!!! pork bbq, baked spaghetti, cake, cookies, aaaaaahhhhhh. And all I do is sit in training....what to do?!?!?

You could also do some intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast entirely. Make sure to eat a veggie loaded dinner

I had the same thing last week, I new I was going to eat some of it so I just focused on portion control and ate things slowly.....it’s tough.
